Rates & Reservations

Rates:

• Nightly rate - $130.00/night (2 night min.)
• Weekly rate - $700.00 (7 nights)
• Extra nights (in addition to weekly rate) - $105.00/night
• Extra guests - rates above are based on 6 guests; additional guests will be charged $5.00/night
• Special One-Night rate - $175.00 (excluding holidays)

Fees & Deposits:

• A Cleaning fee of $50.00 will be imposed on all reservations. Cleaning fee for reunions, receptions, & corporate gatherings will be $75.00.

• A Damage deposit of $125.00 may be required and is refundable, in-part or in-whole, within 7 days of reservation end date.

Reservations:

• To make a reservation, send us a check for one night’s rental ($130.00). Make the check payable to: The Rowlett Place. This amount will be deducted from the total amount due upon your arrival.
• Reservation deposits are refundable if written notice to cancel is received within 30 days of reservation date.
• Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. Personal checks or money orders are accepted.

Check-in/out times:

• Check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is 12:00 noon. Alternate times require prior notification & approval.
