Rates & Reservations
Rates:
- Nightly rate – $130.00/night (2 night min.)
- Weekly rate – $700.00 (7 nights)
- Extra nights (in addition to weekly rate) – $105.00/night
- Extra guests – rates above are based on 6 guests; additional guests will be charged $5.00/night
- Special One-Night rate – $175.00 (excluding holidays)
Fees & Deposits:
- A Cleaning/Maintenance fee of $50.00 will be imposed on all reservations. Reunions, receptions, & corporate gatherings will be charged $75.00.
- A Damage deposit of $125.00 may be required and is refundable, in-part or in-whole, within 7 days of reservation end date.
Reservations:
- To make a reservation, send us a check for one night’s rental ($130.00). Make the check payable to: The Rowlett Place. This amount will be deducted from the total amount due upon your arrival.
- Reservation deposits are refundable if written notice to cancel is received within 30 days of reservation date.
- Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. Personal checks or money orders are accepted.
Check-in/out times:
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is 12:00 noon. Alternate times require prior notification & approval.
